What this site is
The SIR Group offers property management and real estate brokerage services in South Florida. This site describes those services and lets you contact us, check what you pay in management fees, read our guides and book a sit-down with Brandon.
Nothing on the site is an offer to manage, buy, sell or rent any property, and using the site does not create a management, listing, agency or client relationship. That only happens when you and we sign a written agreement.
Information on the site
We work to keep the site accurate, but the content is general information, not legal, tax, financial or investment advice. Market figures, rental estimates, fee comparisons and other numbers are estimates, can change and are not guarantees of any result. Property details, availability and prices come from sources we believe are reliable but have not always verified. Please check anything important with us, and with your own advisers, before you rely on it.
The fee checker and other tools run in your browser and give rough estimates based on what you enter.
Your submissions
When you send a form or book a sit-down, please give accurate details for yourself only. By sending one, you ask us to contact you about your request by phone or email at the details you give. Please do not send sensitive information, such as bank or Social Security numbers, through the site.
Text messages
Our forms include an optional box to agree to text messages. Ticking it is not required to use the site or to work with us. If you agree, we may text you about your property or your search and about any sit-down you book. Message frequency varies with your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages at any time, or HELP for help. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Booking a sit-down online
You can book a sit-down with Brandon (in person, by phone or by video) for an open time shown on the site. Bookings are placed on Brandon's Google Calendar, and you receive a calendar invitation by email from Google. Video sit-downs use Google Meet, and Google's own terms apply to Google services.
Open times are shown in Eastern Time and can change until your booking is confirmed. We may need to move or cancel a sit-down; if so, we will contact you. To reschedule or cancel, reply to the invitation or contact us. A sit-down is an introductory meeting and does not create any agreement.
Using the site properly
Please do not misuse the site. That includes sending spam or false information, trying to get around our spam protection, scraping or copying the site in bulk, interfering with how it works, or trying to reach parts of it that are not public. We may block access or remove submissions that break these terms.
Our content
The text, photos, graphics, logos and design of this site belong to The SIR Group or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Please do not reuse our content for other purposes without our written permission.
Other services and links
The site relies on outside services, such as Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection and Google for calendar bookings, and it links to other websites and app stores. We do not control those services or sites, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.

We are committed to equal housing opportunity and follow federal, state and local fair housing laws.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, its content or its availability, and we do not promise it will be error free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, The SIR Group and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them or the site will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
