The story
From Fort Wayne to the beach.
Brandon Schneider was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He ran track and field at the University of Alabama and earned a finance degree, then moved to Miami with $500 and a dream.
He spent two years as a licensed agent learning the coast building by building, then launched The SIR Group in Sunny Isles Beach. Fifteen-plus years into South Florida real estate, he is a licensed broker who manages what he sells: oceanfront condos, multifamily and $1M+ homes from Miami to Palm Beach.
Over the last three years he built his own owner app and back office, because owners deserve to see bookings, income and repairs as they happen, not in a spreadsheet at the end of the month. The finance degree shows up there too: every owner gets a monthly report that takes two minutes to read.
Fort Wayne, Indiana
