What should I bring to the sit-down?
Owners: your current management statement and your fee. Buyers: a budget range and what you want to own. Either way, an hour is plenty.
Is it in person or a call?
Your choice. In person at the Sunny Isles Beach office, or a call or video call if you are out of town.
How fast will I hear back?
Brandon gets your request right away. Expect a reply the same day during business hours.
Is there any obligation?
None. No pressure, just service. If we are not the right fit, we will say so.
